The funeral sector is responsible for a significant proportion of the UK's carbon emissions. This sector must be supported over the next few years, and the AGFD is committed in supporting/advising it's members, to reduce and offset carbon emissions within their operations in this sector. To encourage eco-funeral products and services offered to the public.

We assess companies regarding how they are lowering and offsetting their carbon emissions and the green funeral alternatives they are offering.
